TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

Food industry control panelsMulti-axis processingControl consol with VisiWinNET softwareSimple machine tool variable speed drives

Multi-axis processing

Machine with 12 axes of 8400 Stateline frequency inverter drives for fans and material transport plus 4 axes of 9400 servo drives for the process.  The inverters use a CANopen fieldbus which is fitted as standard whilst the servo drives use a real-time bus for high performance

Printing machine panel

Printing machine

Large panel with 13 axes of servo and inverter drives 1.5 to 15Kw operating from a master digital frequency.  The Lenze system design incorporate safety in the drive, eg. Safe Torque Off or safe stop.

Simple machine tool variable speed drives.

Single axis cabinet with frequency inverter mounted onto the motor. This is one of several options for IP65 enclosed drives to suit a single axis.

Control console

Large operator consol with 15 inch TFT colour touchscreen and visualisation with Lenze VisiWinNET software.  Touchscreens can be connected remotely by DVI to a central controller, or alternatively they can have an integrated PLC for motion, logic and visualisation.

coater-laminator

Coater/laminator

Panel with two axes of 9400 servo drives for precise placing of metalised coatings.  These cabinets are built in batches and delivered when the customers requires them.  Invoicing at the point of delivery means improved cash flow.
